The day will take the form of four main sessions:

  • Reflective Practice Collaboration - substantial time of sharing and interaction especially around ‘how’ reflective practice is happening in our colleges

  • Lunch

  • Immersive Process – be guided through a reflective practice process

  • AGM

BYO lunch or café on site.

Pilgrim Theological College is located at 29 College Crescent in Parkville between Ormond College and St. Hilda's College, opposite Melbourne General Cemetery.  We recommend using public transport as parking is limited, though we can offer parking if needed for mobility reasons.  Pilgrim is close to public transport on the 19 tram or any tram that goes to Melbourne University.  The Parkville Train Station may be open by the time we meet in December.

Delegates who register for zoom attendance will be sent the link in advance of the research day.

You might also want to save the date for our Biennial Conference to be held at Vaughan Park Anglican Retreat and Conference Centre, Auckland, NZ from 16-18 November 2026.

The Association for Reflective Practice in Theological Education (ARPTE) is an ecumenical organisation of those involved in reflective practice across all disciplines in theological education.
